A funny incident I saw just before cards went in the air - 2006 Champion Jamie Gold was patiently queuing to get back into the Amazon room to take his seat. He was just ahead of me in the queue and the security guard keeping out the riff raff wouldn’t let him in! He didn’t have his ticket with him and after a couple of minutes negotiation, Gold told the guard to peek in the door at the 30 foot high picture of him to check his identity
