With the bubble approaching all the bloggers have been booted out of the card room to allow for the TV cameras to zoom around.

It will be tight, tight, tight as we enter hand-by-hand play with the short stacks hanging on for dear life. Every table will have to complete it’s hand before any of the tables can start the next hand. While this provides the fairest way to approach the bubble, in a field of this size it can also add unbearable tension as players often have to wait up to up to five minutes or more between hands.

There are less then 700 players left. 621st gets $20,000. 622nd place doesn’t even get their bus fare home. Fingernails beware!
