Paddypowerpoker.com offers two methods to chat to other players, Table Chat and Lobby Chat.
Table Chat
When seated at a table, to chat to other players seated at that table, simply type what you'd like to say in the box in the game chat window and press ‘Chat’ when you're done. Your chat will now appear in the Game Chat box for everyone to see.
Lobby Chat
Why not take a break from the tables and chat with fellow paddypowerpoker.com players in our Poker Lobby. Here you can get the low down on how everyone is doing, vent that you’re Aces were cracked for the third time in a row, brag about that massive pot you’ve just taken down or see if any of your buddies are on-line chatting or playing. All you have to do to get in on the action is type your message into the text box and click the ‘Send’ button.
To access Lobby Chat simply click the button in the main poker window as shown below. When you’re not chatting you can simply minimise the window and check back on it later.
From time to time our friendly Poker Hosts will join in the fun with pop-quizzes and promo’s so be sure to check back regularly for your chance to win some prizes!
Please Note: Bear in mind that in both Table Chat and Lobby Chat everyone can see what you're saying, so please refrain from saying anything nasty, offensive or rude. If you do so, one of our hosts will intervene and remove your chat facility for a period or time or indefinitely if it is deemed necessary. So please be polite.
