6. YOUR PADDYPOWERPOKER.COM ACCOUNT

You are allowed to hold only one account using only one of your credit or debit card numbers at any time on PaddyPowerPoker.com and/or www.paddypower.com. Multiple accounts are prohibited. In order to place any stakes on any of the Games, you must open an account and have adequate funds deposited prior to play. The minimum account deposit is 10 Euro/ 10STG and must be made by using a debit card or credit card. Only wagers placed from your account set up through www.paddypowerpoker.com will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited to your account. You may facilitate all deposits and withdrawals by accessing the My Account page.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any stakes at Our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void by Us at Our discretion, any sum deducted from your account with respect to that stake shall be credited to your account. Should We decide to waive a rule in the interest of fair play to you, it shall only be for that instant and shall not set a precedent for the future.

Your account is personal to you. You shall not allow others to use your account or to accept any prize or participate in any of the Games. Any person found to have violated this section will be liable for all losses on the account but will not be entitled to collect any winnings.

7. KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE

It is your responsibility to keep your password private and secure. We recommend that you disable any automatic password memory in your browser prior to using the site. This will help to limit the risk to you of unauthorised use of your account.

Players are solely responsible for the security of their account information and password(s). 8. WITHDRAWALS

All winnings shall be credited to your paddypowerpoker.com account. All funds must be withdrawn based upon the withdrawal procedures. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you can make withdrawals from your account up to your current available balance by debit card, or cheque (after taking into account all previous wagers). There are minimum and maximum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw from your account. Service charges are payable for withdrawals as set out below and will be deducted from your account at the time of withdrawal. In order to make a withdrawal from your account in excess of €2,500 Euro and £2,000 STG you will be required to contact Our Customer Services Team. In addition, we reserve the right to request further information prior to any withdrawals.

Please note as follows

Interest is not payable on account balances. No credit is permitted. It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient funds in your account, and to stake your funds accordingly. We reserve the right to void any stake which may be inadvertently placed or accepted if your account does not have sufficient funds to cover the whole of the stake.

Withdrawal by debit card and VISA credit cards: Each withdrawal must be at least £10 or €10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) and must be no greater than £2000 STG/ €2500 Euro in one transaction. Withdrawals may only be made to the card you have registered to your account and deposited funds with.

Withdrawal by cheque: Each withdrawal must be at least £25 STG/€30 Euro (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account). If you are withdrawing £2,500 or more by cheque we will ask you to provide Us with paper copies of your Passport / Driving Licence, or the Bank or Credit Card Statement that is registered with Us to verify the address of your card. The cheque will be payable to you and not a third party and will be sent to you at the address registered with Us.

In the event of a promotional campaign or competition, for which We credit an amount to your account, you are entitled to the use of such amount only for the sole purpose of wagers for playing the Games. You are not entitled to withdraw such amounts, unless stated otherwise in the terms of the promotional campaign or competition. We reserve the right to reclaim those amounts if you do not use them to play the Games during the period specified in the promotion.

HELD FUNDS

Held funds are part of your total poker cash balance and relate to your poker winnings in the previous 72 hours. Consequently, profits arising from poker sessions are not immediately withdrawable, they are held in a customer's poker wallet for a period of 72 hours. Despite these funds not being available for withdrawal they are available for use at the poker table.

In the case of suspicious/collusive play taking place on your Player Account or a Player Account related to yours in any way, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to block any Player Account's access to the Poker Room and suspend the use of and withdrawal of funds for an indefinite period in order to carry out the necessary investigations.

Furthermore, we may at any time request documentation in the form of official photo identification, credit/debit card statements and a copy of a utility bill in order to verify the details registered to your account.

Where we have verified the details of a Player Account, we reserve the right to remove this restriction on the withdrawal of funds at any time.

9. SUSPENSION, RESTRICTION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

Without restricting Our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to Us, We will suspend or terminate your account or cancel any wagers placed by you at Our absolute discretion if: (i) We suspect that you are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity while using Our site; (ii) We suspect you are breaching any of these Terms and Conditions or the House Rules or Games Rules; (iii) We suspect you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of Our business; (iv) We suspect that you may be having difficulties obtaining credit, (v) We are required to do so by law, or (vi) in Our judgment, there is a manifest error or there is a technological failure affecting the site.

Your sole remedy in the event of termination of your account by Us for any reason shall be the re-imbursement of any undisputed account balance you may then have and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, We shall have no further liability to you whatsoever.

13. CHEATING OR ILLEGAL BEHAVIOUR

15. POKER RULES

In addition to accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the "House Rules" and "Game Rules" which are posted on PaddyPowerPoker.com and amended from time to time by Us. In addition, you must comply with "table stakes" rules as set out by Us form time to time. In particular, you are not permitted to make a wager in excess of the value of chips on the table at the beginning of a hand. You are permitted to acquire additional chips only between hands. If you run out of chips during a hand, you are considered "all-in". You may not remove money from the table during a playing session. Taking money out of the Game and continuing to play is not allowed in a table stakes format.

Players are asked to refrain from "table talk" or "coffee-housing" or talking during a hand in a way that compromises an opponent's hand. This applies if you are playing in the hand or watching the hand. Repeated abuse of this aspect of player behaviour will result in suspension or permanent restriction of play.

Abusive or offensive language or other behaviour considered inappropriate by PaddyPowerPoker.com in the context of the product will not be tolerated. Bad behaviour or offensive language identified by PaddyPowerPoker.com or brought to its attention will be dealt with swiftly, and may result in a suspension or loss of playing privileges or such other action as may be decided by Us.

It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each Game. You acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules of each of the Games as published and periodically changed on Our site. Such rules that are referenced herein are incorporated hereto, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Wagers on the Games may only be placed through your personal account on this site. We shall not accept wagers in any other form or by any other means.

You fully accept and agree that the random number generator software will determine all outcomes of the Games.

In the event of a tournament crash, where less than half the players have been eliminated, the tournament will be cancelled and all monies refunded; where more than half the players have been eliminated the prize pool will be divided in half – all players will receive an equal share of half the prize money; and the other half of the prize money will be allocated to the chip leaders (chip leaders will be determined by the number of places the tourney would have paid) in proportion to their chip count.
